Where an account is suspended for reasons other than self-exclusion or confirmed fraud, we will notify the player and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond before any permanent action is taken. Any verified PKR balance remaining in a non-fraudulent suspended account will be returned to the player's registered payment method following the conclusion of any investigation.
You may close your own account at any time by contacting support. Closure requests are processed within 3 business days. Any outstanding balance will be returned to your registered payment method once any active wagering requirements are reviewed.
